On our "Hunting Experience Tour," join a local hunter deeply knowledgeable in the ecology of deer and wild boar. By observing and experiencing the meticulous process of transforming game into high-quality gibier, you will deepen your understanding of the reverence for taking life.
On the day before your hunting experience, you will walk the forest with a local forester to explore its history and animal tracks. Around a campfire, discover why hunting is vital here, sparking your intellectual curiosity for the next day's experience.
Through the Game Meat Dinner, where you experience consuming wild game, and the traditional Yamanashi craft of lacquering Koshu Inden made from deerskin, you will deepen your understanding of the importance of consuming life without waste.
