Program to enjoy various grapes in Yamanashi.
During the grape harvest season, only one group per day can enjoy gastronomy and experience the variety of grapes.
You can experience harvesting at Budo Senshin, wine from Katsunuma Brewing, and wine vinegar tours from Asaya Foods. You can enjoy the view of the harvest season in autumn in Yamanashi.
You can enjoy the Grape Pairing Dinner, which includes a dessert made from your own grapes. You can enjoy mushrooms and sweet potatoes with the refreshing acidity of wine vinegar. You can enjoy it with the Yamanashi Wine Pairing.
After dinner, return to the cabin and relax in the Grape Bath Herb bath before bed. It contains ingredients such as polyphenols and natural herbal medicines that warm you to the core and gently spread the aroma of the wine.
