"Deep Breath Stretch in the Wood" is an original exercise based on the respiration principles of qigong and yoga, incorporating stretching. In Water Garden where "wind" and "water" circulate, inhale the "air" nurtured by nature while enjoying the forest and vale bathed in the morning sun to start a day of physical and spiritual comfort with the healing power of the forest.
