Taichung City Taxi Tour
The staff at HOSHINOYA Guguan have selected the highlights of Taichung for a one-day tour, which you can visit by sightseeing taxi. We offer two types of tour plans: one that covers historical buildings, popular spots, and must-try gourmet experiences in Taiwan.
Staff-selected three courses
We have prepared three courses carefully selected by our staff who are knowledgeable about Taichung: one is a classic sightseeing course of Taichung, and the other is a deep exploration of the city inspired by the leisure activities of locals on holidays. And, for the people who want to enjoy Taichung more actively, we newly prepared Cycling course as well. The courses offer departure and arrival options from 'HOSHINOYA Guguan, or 'Taichung High-Speed Rail Station', depending on your travel itinerary.
High Quality Sightseeing Taxi
We provide tours with English-speaking drivers in sightseeing taxis. Depending on the number of people in your group, you can choose from vehicles accommodating up to 3 passengers or up to 6 passengers. For longer tours, we offer comfortable Mercedes-Benz or BMW models.
A Course: Visiting Authentic Taichung
Recommended for first-time visitors to Taichung, this tour includes must-visit spots such as Miyahara Ophthalmology Clinic and the National Taichung Theater, along with the staff-recommended xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) restaurant.
※The National Taichung theater is closed on Mondays, so if you apply for a tour on Monday, you can take pictures of the outside, but you cannot enter the theater. We can adjust the time for other areas for about 15 minutes longer.
