guests who arrive by car are asked to use one of the many parking lots located in and around Arashiyama.

You can arrange a taxi for sight seeing, chartering, and one to ride from the station.
We will take you to the main building by a private boat (advance reservation required). Please refer to the chatbot or the email sent after your reservation is confirmed for more details.
First shuttle boat from the boat lounge to the guest wing: 2:30 PM / Last shuttle boat: 5:45 PM
- ※Due to the effects of Typhoon No. 7 in June, sediment has accumulated at the boat waiting area and the main building pier, preventing boats from docking. Consequently, the boat shuttle service between the boat waiting area and the main building has been suspended, and we are currently providing alternative shuttle service by vehicle. We deeply apologize for the significant inconvenience caused and highly appreciate your kind understanding.
