We feature vibrant, seasonal fruits and vegetables from the southern Isles and a rich bounty of seafood brought by the ocean currents. Our cuisine is creatively prepared with unique local ingredients, such as an artisanal soy sauce crafted on Taketomi Island.

At Taketomi Island, surrounded by nutrient-rich seawater and maintaining warm temperatures year-round, the Caridean shrimp cultivated here are of the finest quality. We have prepared a dish for you to savor the refined sweetness and bursting deliciousness of these prawns.
