  • While walk-in bookings at the front desk are possible on your day of arrival, we highly recommend advance reservations to ensure your preferred treatment is available.

All treatments are provided in the privacy and comfort of individual rooms.

・Our treatments are for relaxation purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment.

・Treatments are available for guests aged 18 and over. Body treatments are available for guests aged 16 and over.

・A 100% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made within 8 hours of the appointment time.

・We may be unable to provide services to guests who are intoxicated, have a high fever, are injured, or have a suspected infectious disease.

・Please note that we may decline to provide services to guests with certain health conditions or those undergoing medical care, regardless of physician approval.

・We are unable to provide treatments to guests with the following conditions:

  • Pregnancy (*Nursing mothers are welcome; however, the selection of oils is limited).

  • Injuries or wounds with associated pain or swelling (e.g., sprains, fractures, back pain, dislocations, burns, cuts).

  • Severe internal diseases, ongoing medical treatment, or conditions under observation (including those from traffic accidents).

  • Less than one year since full recovery from surgery (including endoscopic surgery and cesarean sections).

  • Symptoms such as fever, headache, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, or head lice.

  • Medically related edema, lymphedema, or pain and swelling from recent dental work.

・Please inform us if you have any of the following, as we may need to adjust or decline the service:

  • Severe varicose veins

  • Allergies

  • Recent sunburn.

  • Difficulty lying on your back or stomach for an extended period.

  • Skin conditions, including inflammation, swelling, or itching.

　— Regarding Facial Treatments —

  • Less than one year since dental implant surgery.

  • Less than six months since a tooth extraction.

・If you have any other pre-existing medical conditions, please consult with us beforehand, as we may need to adjust or decline the service.
