From March 24 to May 6, 2026, we invite you to enjoy our "Yukidoke" Anmitsu—inspired by the spring thaw—paired with a curated Sake Tasting Flight.
Experience the transition from winter to spring with our "Yukidoke" Anmitsu. As the cotton candy—resembling a pristine snow-capped mountain—melts away, a vibrant, spring-colored dessert is revealed. Savor the gentle passage of the seasons in Shinshu with every bite.
As a refreshing post-bath treat, we offer three types of sake specially selected for the spring thaw season. To accompany your drinks, we also provide pure spring water from the Northern Alps as "Nagomi-mizu" (chaser water).
Experience a spring hearthside (irori) space adorned with cascading cherry-blossom lanterns made of traditional Matsuzaki Washi paper. You can also enjoy our "Yukidoke" Anmitsu and Spring Sake Tasting Flight by the warm glow of the hearth.
