Seasonel Dinner
This luxurious Kaiseki course allows you to savor Unagi (freshwater eel) for the appetizer and main dish, and Fugu (pufferfish) for the sashimi and deep-fried courses. The main dish features a small hot pot of Unagi and seasonal vegetables. You can also enjoy it Sukiyaki-style by dipping it into a rich hot spring egg (Onsen Tamago).
