Seasonal Dinner 

This is a Kaiseki (multi-course Japanese haute cuisine) meal where you can enjoy the "king of pufferfish," the prized Torafugu (tiger pufferfish), together with "Unagi" (freshwater eel), a specialty of Lake Hamana. The appetizer and the main dish feature Unagi, while the sashimi and fried dish showcase the exquisite flavor of Fugu.
