Seasonal Dinner

A kaiseki course for tasting fugu (blowfish) with “kawara-yaki” inspired by “kawara-soba,” a local dish of Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture. Enjoy the refreshing aroma and change in taste with the juice of Yamaguchi Prefecture's citrus “Yuzukichi."
