Enjoy 'Shijimi Gyu Shabu,' a dish where thinly sliced beef is cooked in a rich broth made from large freshwater clams (shijimi). You can savor the deep flavor of the clams all the way through to the flavorful rice porridge (zosui) that finishes the meal.
