“Oma Tuna”
Oma is located on the Shimokita Peninsula, the northernmost tip of Honshu. The tuna caught in the high-quality waters of the Tsugaru Strait, where three ocean currents meet, is rich in healthy fat and has a melt-in-the-mouth texture.

KAI serves breakfast made with ingredients that let you taste the flavor of the region and the local cooking techniques. This set meal features a traditional Tsugaru dish of scallop meat, shaved bonito flakes, and chopped Welsh onions, grilled in miso and egg on a scallop shell.
