Limited to the winter season, join us for "Fuyu Akari Yatsugai", where you can enjoy rice-themed snacks and local Oita sake while gazing at the magically illuminated terrace rice fields.
■Nakatsu Japanese Umbrella Illumination■
Experience a magical winter evening as 100 lanterns made from Nakatsu Japanese umbrellas, a traditional Oita craft, illuminate the terraced rice fields.
■Yatsugai Set (Optional)■
In the Oita dialect, yatsugai means "evening drinks." Enjoy Oita's local sake and authentic barley shochu with our unique "Senbei Dip"—a crispy rice cracker topped with cream cheese or red bean paste, garnished with Oita's famous shiitake mushrooms and pears.
■Terrace with a Charcoal Brazier■
Warm yourself by a traditional brazier on the terrace and enjoy the quiet winter view of the fields.
