There have been e-mails sent under the subject such as "Urgent Contact," "Important Notice," "Identification Confirmation," etc. We never ask for important information such as credit card numbers, expiration dates, PINs, etc. via e-mail. If you find a suspicious email as above, please delete it without clicking on the URL in the e-mail.
Regarding the start of sales for the 2026 season
We are scheduled to operate from late April through October 24, 2026. Accommodation reservations will begin on October 23, 2025. As of October 23, 2025, we will commence accepting reservations for stays spanning 179 days, from April 29 to October 24, 2026. Sales for stays prior to April 28 will be announced sequentially, taking the snowmelt conditions into consideration.

■ Applicable Period: Check-ins from April 29 to October 24, 2026
■ Applicable Room Types: Dormitory (Max 1 person), Twin Room (Max 2 people), Four-Person Room (Max 4 people)
＊Please note that the shuttle bus timetable currently displayed on the Access page is for the 2025 season. The 2026 operating schedule will be posted as soon as the bus company releases the new edition. We ask for your understanding regarding this matter.
