1. Tour Participation Conditions and Payment

・Your safety is our top priority. Each tour has its own participation conditions, such as age and capacity limits.

・For this tour, participants must be at least 7 years old with a shoe size of 20 cm or larger.

・For safety reasons, we strictly prohibit anyone who exceeds the capacity or does not meet these conditions from participating. Please confirm the conditions before booking. Tours are on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once full. We recommend booking early if you wish to participate.

・Payment is accepted at the Keiryu-BASE counter. You can either charge it to your room or use a cashless payment method (credit card, etc.).

2. Cancellations and Postponements

Cancellations due to customer circumstances

・Before 6:00 PM the day before: No charge.

・After 6:00 PM the day before, or same-day no-show: 100% of the tour fee will be charged.

・You cannot participate if you are late for the start time for any reason, including traffic or poor health. Please note that this will be treated as a same-day cancellation, except in cases of public transportation service suspension.

Cancellations or Changes made by the organizer

・The tour may be canceled or the schedule/content changed if safe operation is deemed difficult due to weather or natural conditions (e.g., snow accumulation, river swelling, road conditions).

・In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified by phone or at the local counter.

・No cancellation fee will be incurred if the cancellation is due to organizer circumstances.

・Please be aware that due to snow conditions, it may be necessary to use snowshoes, and observing moss may be difficult.

3. Participation in the Tour

・This tour takes place in a natural environment. To ensure your safety, you must follow all instructions from your guide.

・Since this tour is conducted in a group with other customers, you cannot leave the group midway through the tour.

・Please wear clothing and shoes appropriate for the weather and the activity (e.g., warm layers, gloves, and a hat).

・Snow boots are provided for free to tour participants only (for the duration of the tour).

・We also offer the following paid rentals for those who need them (adult sizes only, limited in number):

Full set (snow wear, gloves, hat): 3,000 JPY

Snow wear only: 2,000 JPY

Gloves and hat only: 1,000 JPY

・If you wish to rent, please inform us before the tour.

・We are not responsible for accidents or injuries during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
