8:50 AM: Meet at Keiryu-BASE

9:00 AM: Depart from the hotel on the designated shuttle bus

10:10 AM: Arrive at Hakkoda Ropeway Sanroku Station

10:10 AM - 1:50 PM: Free time

1:50 PM: Depart from Hakkoda Ropeway Sanroku Station

3:00 PM: Arrive at the hotel

Until 6: 00 p.m. the previous day

To ensure your safety and comfort during the activity, please be sure to read the following before making a reservation.

1. Tour Participation Conditions and Payment

・For safety reasons, we strictly prohibit participation if the number of people exceeds the capacity or if the conditions are not met.

・Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and will close once the capacity is reached. We recommend booking early if you wish to participate.

・Payment is handled at the Keiryu-BASE counter. You can either charge it to your room or use cashless payment (credit card, etc.).

2. Cancellations and Postponements

Cancellations due to customer circumstances

・Before 6:00 PM the day before: Free

・After 6:00 PM the day before, or no-show on the day: 100% of the tour fee will be charged.

・ Please note that if you are late for the start time for any reason, such as traffic congestion or poor health, you will not be able to participate. In this case, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, except in cases of public transportation service suspension.

Regarding Ropeway Suspensions

・If the ropeway suspension is decided before the departure of the shuttle bus, no cancellation fee will be charged, even on the day.

・If the suspension is decided after the shuttle bus has departed, please note that no refunds will be made.

Cancellations or Changes made by the Organizer

・The tour may be canceled or the content changed if safe operation is deemed difficult due to weather or natural conditions (e.g., snow accumulation, road conditions).

・If a cancellation is decided, you will be notified by phone or at the local counter.

・In the case of a cancellation due to organizer circumstances, no cancellation fee will be incurred.

・Please be aware that the time spent at the location may be shortened or there may be delays in arrival time depending on the situation.

3. Participation in the Tour

Attire and Equipment

・Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather and the activity, such as warm clothes, gloves, a hat, and snow boots.

・Snow boots can be rented at the hotel (1,100 JPY / 24 hours). For rentals of ski/snowboard equipment, wear, or gloves, please use the local ski resort rental service. Hakkoda Kokusai Ski Resort (http://www.hakkouda-p.com/cn21/pg110.html)

Tour Details and Notes

・This tour only includes transportation by shuttle bus; a guide will not be accompanying you.

・We are not responsible for accidents or injuries during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.

・You may leave the tour midway at the Hakkoda Ropeway Station. If you wish to do so, please let us know at the time of check-in. Please note that it is not possible to use the return trip (Hakkoda Mountain → Hotel) only.

・Please prepare your own funds for necessary expenses such as food, drinks, and ropeway tickets at the location.

4. Other

・You can usually see the "juhyo" (snow monsters) near the summit from late December to around February. However, if the ropeway is out of service, you will not be able to go to the summit and therefore will not be able to see the juhyo.

・During peak seasons such as the year-end/New Year holidays, Chinese New Year, and weekends in the dead of winter, the ropeway is expected to be very crowded, and there may be a wait time to board.
