The stream concierge uses a moss flower object to cheerfully explain the fascinating secrets of its colors and shapes.

| Notes | To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, please review the following points before making a reservation. 1. Tour Participation Requirements and Payment Prioritizing your safety, each tour has established participation requirements (e.g., age limits, capacity). For safety management, we strictly decline participation that exceeds the capacity or fails to meet the requirements. Please confirm these conditions before booking. We also kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets. Tours are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close once capacity is reached, so we recommend booking early. Payment is accepted at the on-site "Keiryu-BASE Counter." You may charge the payment to your room or use cashless payment (credit cards, etc.). 2. Cancellations and Suspensions Cancellations by the Guest: ・If notified by 6:00 PM the day before: Free of charge. ・If cancelled after 6:00 PM the day before, on the day of, or in case of a no-show: 100% of the tour fee will be charged. ・Participation is not permitted if you do not arrive by the start time, regardless of the reason (e.g., traffic, poor health). Except for cases where public transportation is suspended, this will be treated as a same-day cancellation. Suspension or Content Change by the Organizer: ・The tour may be suspended, or the schedule/content changed, if weather or natural conditions (e.g., strong winds, heavy rain, rising river levels, road conditions) make safe execution difficult. ・In such cases, we will contact you by phone or at the on-site counter. ・If the tour is cancelled due to the organizer’s decision, no cancellation fee will be incurred. ・Please also understand that, depending on the situation, the duration of the stay may be shortened or arrival may be delayed. 3. Regarding Participation ・This tour takes place in a natural environment. For safety, you must follow the guide's instructions. ・Please wear clothing and shoes suitable for the weather and activity (From March to April: warm clothing, gloves, hats, and boots that keep out snow are required). ・We are not responsible for accidents or injuries during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence on our part. |
