To ensure you can enjoy the activity safely and comfortably, please confirm the following points before making a reservation.

1. Tour Participation Requirements and Payment

Prioritizing your safety, each tour has established participation requirements (e.g., target age, capacity). For safety management, we strictly refuse participation that exceeds the capacity or fails to meet the requirements. We also kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets with you. Please confirm these conditions before booking. Tours are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the capacity is reached, registration will close, so we recommend booking early if you wish to participate. Payment is accepted at the "Keiryu-BASE Counter" on site. You may charge the payment to your room, or use cashless payment (credit cards, etc.).

2. About Cancellations and Cancellations

・If you notify us by 6:00 PM three days prior: Free of charge.

・If you cancel after 6:00 PM three days prior, on the day of, or fail to show up (no-show): 100% of the tour fee will be charged.

・Participation is not permitted if you do not arrive by the start time, regardless of the reason (e.g., traffic congestion, poor health). Please note that in this case, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, excluding cases where public transportation is suspended. Suspension or Content Change due to Organizer’s Decision

・The tour may be suspended, or the schedule/content may be changed, if weather or natural conditions (e.g., strong winds, heavy rain, river flooding, road conditions) make safe execution difficult.

・In such cases, we will contact you by phone or at the on-site counter.

・If the tour is canceled due to organizer circumstances, no cancellation fee will be incurred.

・Please also understand in advance that, depending on the situation, the local stay time may be shortened or arrival may be delayed.

3. Regarding Participation

・This program takes place in a natural environment. For safety assurance, you must follow the instructions of our staff.

・Please participate in clothing and shoes suitable for the weather and the activity content.

・We will not be held responsible for accidents or injuries during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.

・If you would like a Goshuin (temple/shrine seal), please let us know by 6:00 PM the previous day.
