In such cases, we will contact you by phone or at the on-site counter. Please note that the time spent at the location may be shortened or arrival may be delayed depending on the circumstances. 3. Regarding Your Participation ・This tour takes place in a natural environment. For your safety, you must follow the guide's instructions. ・This tour is conducted in a group with other customers, so you cannot leave the group partway through the tour. ・Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather and activity (e.g., warm clothing, gloves, a hat, and boots that prevent snow from getting in). ・We aren't responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence on our part. |
