1. Tour Eligibility and Payment

・We prioritize your safety, so each tour has specific participation requirements, including age limits and a maximum capacity.

・To join this tour, participants must be at least 7 years old with a shoe size of 20 cm or larger.

・For safety reasons, we strictly prohibit participation if you do not meet these requirements or if the tour is at full capacity. Please check these conditions before booking. ・Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the capacity is reached, bookings will be closed, so we recommend booking early to secure your spot.

・Payments are accepted at the on-site Keiryu-BASE Counter. You can either charge the fee to your room or pay with a cashless method (e.g., credit card).

2. Cancellations and Postponements

Cancellations by Customer

・If you cancel by 6:00 PM the day before: Free of charge.

・If you cancel after 6:00 PM the day before, on the day of the tour, or without notice: A 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

・You will not be able to participate if you are late for the tour start time for any reason, including traffic or poor health. Please note that this will be treated as a same-day cancellation, except in cases of public transportation service suspension.

Cancellations or Changes by the Organizer

・In the event that safe operation is deemed difficult due to weather or natural conditions (e.g., snow, river levels, road conditions), the tour may be canceled, or the schedule/content may be altered.

・ In such cases, you will be notified by phone or at the on-site counter.

・ If the tour is canceled by the organizer, no cancellation fee will be charged.

・Please be aware that you may need to use snowshoes depending on snow conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Participation Guidelines

・This tour takes place in a natural environment. For your safety, you must follow the guide's instructions at all times.

・This is a group tour with other participants, so leaving the group during the tour is not permitted.

・We recommend wearing clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather and activity (e.g., winter clothing, gloves, hats).

・Snow boots are available for free rental to tour participants only (for the duration of the tour).

・The following paid rentals are also available if needed (adult sizes only, limited in quantity):

・Full set (snow gear, gloves, hat): ¥3,000

・Snow gear only: ¥2,000

・Gloves and hat only: ¥1,000

・Please request rentals before the tour begins.

・We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
