1. Tour Participation Requirements

To prioritize your safety, each tour has specific participation requirements (such as age limits and capacity). To maintain safety standards, we strictly refuse participation for anyone who exceeds the capacity or doesn't meet the requirements. Please confirm these details before booking. Tours are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once capacity is reached, registration will close, so we recommend booking early if you wish to participate.

Payment can be made at the "Keiryu-Base Counter" on-site. You can either charge it to your room or pay with a cashless option (credit card, etc.).

2. Cancellations and Discontinuation

Cancellations due to customer circumstances

Up to 6:00 PM the day before: Free of charge

After 6:00 PM the day before, on the day of, or for no-shows: 100% of the tour fee will be charged.

Please note that if you are late for the start time for any reason, including traffic or poor health, you will not be able to join the tour. In this case, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, with the exception of public transportation being out of service.

Discontinuation or changes made by the organizer

Tours may be canceled, or the schedule and content may be altered, if it's deemed unsafe to proceed due to weather or natural conditions (e.g., snow accumulation, river swelling, road conditions).

In such cases, we will contact you by phone or at the on-site counter.

Please note that the time spent at the location may be shortened or arrival may be delayed depending on the circumstances.

3. Regarding Your Participation

・This tour takes place in a natural environment. For your safety, you must follow the guide's instructions.

・This tour is conducted in a group with other customers, so you cannot leave the group partway through the tour.

・Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather and activity (e.g., warm clothing, gloves, a hat, and boots that prevent snow from getting in).

・We aren't responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
