1.Tour Participation Conditions
We prioritize the safety of our customers, and each tour has participation conditions (e.g., eligible age, capacity). For safety management, we strictly refuse participation if the capacity is exceeded or if the conditions are not met, so please check in advance before making a reservation. Please note that tours are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the capacity is reached, reservations will be closed, so we recommend making an early reservation if you wish to participate.

2.Cancellations and Discontinuations

Cancellations due to customer's convenience:

You will not be able to participate if you do not arrive on time for any reason, such as traffic jams or poor physical condition.

Cancellations/Content Changes due to organizer's judgment:

If it is determined that safe operation is difficult due to weather or natural conditions (e.g., snowfall, river flooding, road conditions), the tour may be canceled or the schedule/content may be changed.

In such cases, we will contact you by phone or at the local counter.

Please also note that depending on the situation, the local stay time may be shortened or arrival may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

3.Regarding Tour Participation

This tour takes place in a natural environment. For safety, please be sure to follow the guide's instructions.

Since the tour is conducted with other customers in the same group, it is not possible to leave the tour midway.

Please participate in clothing and shoes suitable for the weather and activity content (e.g., warm clothing, gloves, hats, boots that prevent snow from entering).

Regarding accidents or injuries during the tour, we are not responsible unless there is gross negligence on our part.
