Important Information for Activity Participation

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please review the following items before making a reservation.

1. Participation Conditions & Payment

・Safety First: For your safety, each tour has specific participation requirements (age, capacity, etc.). For safety management reasons, we strictly decline participation from those who exceed capacity or do not meet requirements. Please check these details before booking. Pets are not allowed on tours.

・Reservations: Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once capacity is reached. We recommend booking early.

・Payment: Please pay at the "Keiryu-BASE counter" on-site. We accept room charges or contactless payments (credit cards, etc.).

2. Cancellations & Cancellations by Organizer

◆ Customer Cancellations:

・Cancellations made until 6:00 PM, 7 days prior: Free of charge.

・Cancellations made after 6:00 PM, 7 days prior, on the day, or no-shows: 100% of the tour fee.

・Please note: If you are unable to arrive by the start time due to traffic, poor health, or any other reason (excluding suspension of public transport), it will be treated as a same-day cancellation.

◆ Cancellations by Organizer:

・Tours may be canceled or the schedule/content changed if safe operation is deemed difficult due to weather or natural conditions (strong winds, heavy rain, rising river levels, road conditions, etc.).

・In such cases, we will contact you by phone or at the front counter. No cancellation fee applies if the organizer cancels the tour.

・Please understand that stay time at the destination may be shortened or arrival delayed depending on the situation.

3. General Participation Rules

・This program takes place in a natural environment. Please follow the staff's instructions at all times to ensure safety.

・Please participate in clothing and footwear suitable for the weather and activity.

・The company is not liable for accidents or injuries during the tour unless there is gross negligence on our part.

・Menu or activity content may change depending on availability.
