Limited to 1 pair (up to 3 people)

West Wing, 2nd Floor, Keiryu-BASE Counter

Clothing: Wear waders (boots with torso) and prepare long pants, long sleeves and socks to enter the mountain stream.

1:00 PM Meet at the Keiryu-BASE

1:10 PM Briefing and selection of the 3 fishing styles

1:20 PM Casting practice

1:30 PM Departure (by car) and start fishing

4:00 PM Arrive at the hotel

1. Participation Terms and Payment

Prioritizing guest safety, each tour has specific requirements (age, shoe size, capacity, etc.).

Since tours involve walking through the river area, participation may be declined if you have difficulty walking unassisted.

Pets are not permitted on tours. To maintain safety standards, we strictly refuse participation for those who exceed capacity or do not meet requirements.

Please confirm all details before booking.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

We recommend booking early as registration closes once capacity is reached.

Payment: Please pay at the "Keiryu-BASE Counter" on-site. We accept room charges or cashless payments (credit cards, etc.).

2. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations by the Guest:

・By 6:00 PM the day before: Free of charge.

・After 6:00 PM the day before, on the day, or no-shows: 100% of the tour fee.

・If you are unable to arrive by the start time for any reason (traffic, illness, etc.), you will not be able to participate. This will be treated as a same-day cancellation unless caused by public transportation suspension.

Cancellations/Changes by the Organizer:

・Tours may be canceled or the schedule/content changed if safety cannot be guaranteed due to weather or natural conditions (strong winds, heavy rain, rising river levels/turbidity, road conditions, etc.).

・In such cases, we will contact you via phone or at the on-site counter.

・No cancellation fee applies if the organizer cancels the tour.

・Depending on circumstances, time spent at the site may be shortened or arrival delayed.

3. During Participation

・This program takes place in a natural environment. For your safety, please follow all staff instructions.

・Please wear clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather and activity.

・We cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries during the tour except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
