| Notes | Important Safety Guidelines To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please review the following before booking. 1. Requirements ・Age: 8 years and older. ・Shoe size: At least 20cm. ・Capacity: Limited to 1 group per session (up to 3 people). ・Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. ・Participants must be able to walk unassisted in the mountain stream (including uneven/slippery terrain). ・Pets are not allowed. 2. Reservations & Payment ・Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. ・Payment is accepted at the "Keiryu-BASE Counter." ・Room charge or cashless payments (credit cards, etc.) are available. 3. Cancellation Policy ・Until 6:00 PM the day before: Free. ・After 6:00 PM the day before / Same-day / No-show: 100% charge. ・Late Arrival: If you do not arrive by the start time for any reason, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation (except for public transport service disruptions). 4. Cancellations & Changes by Organizer ・Tours may be cancelled or modified due to weather or river conditions (strong winds, heavy rain, rising water, etc.). ・In such cases, we will contact you by phone or at the local counter. ・No cancellation fee applies if the tour is cancelled by the organizer. ・Please note that tour duration or arrival times may change due to weather or road conditions. 5. Safety Cooperation ・Please wear clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather and outdoor activities. ・For your safety, always follow the staff's instructions. ・We cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries unless caused by gross negligence on our part. |
