To ensure you enjoy our activities safely, please review the following before making a reservation.
1. Reservations and Payment
Participation Requirements
- Please confirm you do not have any health conditions that may interfere with participation in the tour (such as heart disease, high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy, or being under the influence of alcohol).
- Each tour has specific participation requirements, such as age limits and maximum capacity. Please check the respective tour page before booking.
- Guests who do not meet these requirements will not be permitted to participate.
Accompanying Pets
- Please do not bring pets (except on certain tours).
Reservations
- Each tour has a maximum capacity. Reservations will close once this capacity is reached.
Payment Methods
- Payment is made on-site at the "Keiryu-BASE Counter."
- You may charge the fee to your room or use cashless payment methods (such as credit cards).
2. Cancellations and Tour Suspensions
Cancellation Fees
- The date from which cancellation fees apply varies by tour. For details, please check the "Important Notes" section on each tour page.
Late Arrivals and Same-Day Cancellations
- If you do not arrive by the starting time, you will not be able to participate.
- Delays due to traffic congestion or sudden illness will also be treated as same-day cancellations, except in cases where public transportation is suspended.
Cancellations and Changes Due to Weather
- If safe operation is difficult due to strong winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms, rising river levels, heavy snow, or poor road conditions, we may cancel the tour or modify the tour details, including its duration.
- In such cases, we will notify you by phone or at the on-site counter.
- If a tour is canceled at the organizer's discretion, no cancellation fee will be charged.
3. Before Participating
Participation Consent Form
- Before participating, you will be required to sign a consent form at the on-site "Keiryu-BASE Counter."
- We cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
