The OMO Café & Bar, located on the third floor of the south wing of the renovated historic building, can be used as a free lounge.
Oil lamps are lit after 8:00 PM, and live music from an antique music box created more than 100 years ago is performed. Music box playing once every 30 minutes and free flavored water to enjoy in the classic space make Otaru night wonderful.
We also have Otaru-like menus and original cocktails that are adapted from popular menus in Otaru's neighborhood.
Enjoy an elegant evening with drinks while being surrounded by music from the music box in a retro space.

1. A retro space utilizing historic buildings with oil lamps
An oil lamp from the long-established Otaru brand Kitaichi Glass will be lit throughout the renovated large meeting room of the former Otaru Chamber of Commerce and Industry. You can spend your time elegantly in the retro space while watching the warm flames fluctuate.
2. Live antique music box music is held daily.
In cooperation with the Otaru based Music Box Hall, live antique music boxes created over 100 years ago will be performed. Disc music boxes, which have been used for live music in restaurants and bars since ancient times, will be performed, and classical music will be selected. One way to enjoy the music is to listen to the design and history of the aircraft, with the sound of the heavy bass and the high notes that sparkle like bells.
3. Otaru's charming menu and original cocktails
We offer a menu that is easy to order, not only for those who want to eat, but also for those who want to spend time as fun after visiting restaurants. Our recommendation is the 「Otaru Enjoyment Plate」 where you can enjoy original dishes that add an exciting touch to the popular menu of nearby restaurants. You can indulge in local ingredients and products in luxury little by little. The plates that go with the dishes are original pieces created by Otaru glass studio 「KIM GLASS DESIGN」 in the image of the retro space of OMO5 Otaru.

OMO5 Otaru Original Cocktail
The non-alcoholic 「Cream soda」 is an original cocktail that combines an ale beer with banana-like sweetness, a ginger drink with spices such as ginger, lemon and red pepper, and ice cream.
「Shakotan blue OMO style wine bowl」 with white wine base inspired by Shakotan blue is an alcoholic cocktail. The color that looks great at night time and the fresh mouthfeel make this a drink that can be enjoyed on any occasion.
