▼Notice of Exterior Wall Maintenance Work for South Building
Exterior wall inspection and maintenance work will be conducted on the South Building during the period below:
Construction Period: August 17, 2026 (Mon) – Late October 2026 (Tentative)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
During this period, temporary noise may occur, and the exterior of the South Building will be obscured. Additionally, as hotel parking spaces are limited, we kindly ask you to use the following partnered parking facilities. Please stop by the hotel front desk after parking to receive a specialized parking voucher.Times Ironai 1-chome (Adjacent to the hotel): 27 spaces (1,000JPY / 24 hours)
Otaru Sightseeing Parking Lot No. 2 (6-minute walk): 250 spaces (Free)
