From appetizers to main courses and desserts, our menu features an abundance of high-quality yuzu products proudly sourced from Umaji Village, allowing you to savor the flavor of yuzu in various forms. The large bathhouse “Tosa no Yu,” illuminated by lanterns featuring yuzu motifs, offers a limited-time selection of bath amenities from the Umaji Village Agricultural Cooperative, all infused with the scent of yuzu. Bathe while enveloped in the fragrance of yuzu and gazing upon the beautiful garden, providing healing for both the eyes and the senses.

Yuzu Kobucha tea, made with yuzu from Umaji Village, features the deep flavors of yuzu, plum, and kelp. Relax in our barefoot-friendly rooms and enjoy a moment of respite.

Umaji Village, located in Aki District, Kochi Prefecture, is a pristine village where the sky, mountains, water, and air are all clean. Separated by 1,000-meter-class mountains, approximately 96% of its area is covered by forests. The clear Yasuda River flowing through the village yields ayu sweetfish and eels. Despite its small population of about 830 people, the village is renowned as a producer of organically cultivated yuzu citrus, grown without any chemical fertilizers. It is also famous for successfully establishing its yuzu processed goods as a nationally recognized brand.
