The beer has a slight mizunasu eggplant flavor. We also offer three types of Osaka's craft beer. 2. Try it with beer: Fresh Mizunasu Eggplant Dip Plate Enjoy fresh mizunasu eggplant with this plate. Mizunasu is a type of eggplant with 90% water content suited for eating raw. Enjoy eggplant tasting with our 5 kinds of original dip sauce. We also offer various flavors of mizunasu eggplant dishes for you to enjoy, such as Dry Cured Ham with Mizunasu Eggplant, Mille-Feuille-Style Mizunasu Eggplant and Eel, and Mizunasu Eggplant Caprese. 3.An open garden area 'Miya-green' It will be held in a large garden area 'Miya-green' in front of the hotel. You will be able to enjoy a beer garden with a sense of openness that you can not easily experience in a city, such as tasting beer in the morning sun. |
