OSAKA PIKAPIKA NIGHT Summer Festival

Starting June 15, 2026, experience a brand-new style of summer festival packed with Osaka's signature humor! Featuring unique-to-Osaka Bon Odori dancing, exclusive gourmet treats, and playful activities, it’s the perfect way to fully immerse yourself in a vibrant summer night full of laughter and energy.
The main event is a next-generation Bon Odori dance set against a massive digital festival tower (yagura) projected onto the hotel’s 100-meter-wide facade. The venue will come alive with an original dance featuring playful, Osaka-style poses like the "Takoyaki pose" and the famous "Nandeyanen" (Why is that?!) gesture.
At the OMO Cafe & Bar, try the "Billiken Frosty Shaved Ice," inspired by "Billiken," the famous symbol of Osaka’s Shinsekai district. As you eat your way through, colorful jellies will appear, revealing your fortune with "Billiken Fortune-Telling." Meanwhile, at the stall-lined PIKAPIKA Alley, you can enjoy "No Double-Dipping! Kushi-Churros" served just like authentic Kushikatsu, alongside "Shoganade," a refreshing drink blending Osaka’s traditional Hiyashi-ame (ginger-honey syrup) with lemon. These playful, humor-filled menus will crank up the festive summer vibe!
Introducing the "Gigantic Takoyaki Smartball," which is about seven times larger than a standard pinball game! The oversized scale and unique design—where you launch Takoyaki-patterned balls into a board shaped like a Takoyaki griddle—is sure to bring a smile to your face. You’ll also find a target-shooting game where the targets shout back in Osaka dialect, and lanterns that project local phrases like "Nandeyanen" and "Ookini" (Thank you) right at your feet. Packed with delightful local humor, these playful attractions set the stage for a lively, laughter-filled Osaka summer night.
