Guam's fruit salad is a delicious fusion of traditional Chamorro culture and diverse influences. It combines ingredients and cooking methods introduced by the Spanish and Americans with tropical fruits nurtured by Guam's rich nature, as well as coconut milk, a staple in daily life. A part of its charm is the unique recipe passed down through each family.
