This service allows you to access your room immediately upon arrival in Guam, even on late-night or early-morning flights, without waiting for the standard check-in time (3:00 PM). This enables you to maximize your time, even on a short stay, and fully enjoy your resort vacation in Guam.
Immediate Room Access Upon Hotel Arrival
By using this service, you can access your room immediately upon arrival at the hotel without waiting for the standard 3:00 PM check-in time. You can take a shower or rest in bed, allowing you to maximize your time from the very first day of your arrival in Guam. Our front desk is available 24 hours a day, so you can check in with peace of mind at any time.
Late-Night Service! Complimentary Airport Shuttle Bus
RISONARE Guam offers a complimentary shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel for guests who book through the official website. The bus runs once every hour during the late-night to early-morning hours (10:00 PM – 5:00 AM), ensuring you can travel to the hotel with peace of mind.

The official website offers accommodation plans that include the Landing & Check-in Service. These plans also cover breakfast for the number of nights booked and water park access throughout your stay. Please choose a plan based on your desired length of stay.
| Notes | ・This plan is available only to guests arriving on flights landing at Guam Airport between 11:00 PM the day before arrival and 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. ・If your flight lands at Guam Airport between 11:00 PM and 11:59 PM, please book your stay starting from the day after your arrival date. ・If your flight lands at Guam Airport between 0:00 AM and 3:00 PM, please book your stay starting from your arrival date. ・You must present your boarding pass for the eligible flight upon check-in. Please note that if you lose your boarding pass or cannot present it, the standard phone reservation rate will be applied, resulting in an additional charge. |
