Please view your stay from the link (URL) in your confirmation e-mail, whose title starts with "Your Reservation" that was sent when you completed the reservation.

With your "Reservation Reference Number" and " Password” from the confirmation, click the “View reservation” button to open your reservation details.

To cancel your reservation, please click the "Cancel Reservation” button on the page.
