Please refer to your confirmation email, whose title starts with "Your Reservation" sent when you completed the reservation of OMO brand hotels, or "My Account." If OMO Points are granted, it will be noted.

'My Account' can be accessed by clicking the “Sign in”/ "My Stays” button from the upper left menu on the official website.

• Please log in to your Hoshino Resorts Account and make a reservation on the official website to stay at OMO brand hotels.

• If you were not logged into your Hoshino Resorts Account when you made a reservation at an OMO brand hotel, please cancel the existing reservation and make a new one after logging in.

• For WBF Hotel Guests: OMO Points program ends with January 2026 stays. Please note that guests checking out on or after February 1, 2026, are not eligible for points.
