  • How can I find the best deals?

  • How can I change the number of guests?

At the top of the room reservation page (right side on a PC), you'll find buttons to change the date and number of guests. Click the buttons to make adjustments.

  • How can I make a multiple-night reservation with different conditions for each night?

You can complete a multiple-night reservation with varying conditions in a single application process.

  1. Select the room type and plan for the first night, then add it to your cart.

  2. In the cart, click the “Add another room” button below the Book now! button. This will allow you to select the room type and plan for the second night.

Please note that if you reserve different room types for the first and second nights, you will not have access to the room from the check-out time on the first night until the check-in time on the second night.

  • Can I request a notification if a currently unavailable room becomes available?

If your desired dates are fully booked, use the “Room availability request” service. You’ll receive an email when a room that meets your requirements becomes available. You can book directly through the URL in the notification. Notifications are sent to all registered users with the same conditions, and reservations are first-come, first-served.

  • I didn’t receive a reservation confirmation email. Has my reservation been made?

An email with the subject line “Your Reservation” will be sent to those who book through the official website. If you don’t receive it, the possible causes are listed below. Please contact us to confirm your reservation status.

  1. Incorrect email address
    If you are a Hoshino Resorts account member, please check your email address under “View and edit your profile" in your My Account. If there’s an error, correct it and call us to update your reservation details.

  2. Blocked by email settings
    Your email settings may be blocking our messages. Please check your settings.

  3. Incomplete reservation processing
    Your reservation may not have been completed due to connectivity issues.
