Can I pay in cash at the site?
Yes, cash is accepted at the front desk. However, please note that cash is not accepted at OMO1 and OMO3 locations, including vending machines.

Do I need a credit card to book?
If 'Prepayment Required' is displayed for a rate on the official Hoshino Resorts website, a credit card payment will be needed at the time of booking.
Reservations will be accepted as travel merchandise sold by Hoshino Resorts’ official sales agent, Time Design Co., Ltd (registered under Japan Tourism Agency #1977).

Which credit cards can be used?
Accepted Cards: AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners, JCB, MasterCard, VISA.
Debit cards are also accepted.
Card payments must be made in a lump sum.
Can I pay with a different credit card than the one registered on 'My Account'?
When making a reservation, you can enter new credit card information for payment. You also have the option to update your account with the new card details.
I want to re-pay for my reservation using a different credit card.
Please make a new reservation with the credit card and then cancel the existed reservation that is no longer needed.

Receipts for our hotels in Japan can be accessed on the reservation detail page. Please log in using the link(URL), ID, and password from the 'Your Reservation' email sent when you completed the reservation.

Receipts will be issued at the front desk upon check-out.

What does the consumption tax apply to?
Reservations made through the official website are subject to a 10% consumption tax on room and service charges. Other taxes, such as bath tax and accommodation tax, are not subject to consumption tax. To see the details, click the 'Price details' button on the 'Cart' page when making a reservation.
