A stay program where you can enjoy coffee brewed by a bonfire that you fire yourself at a special seat in the forest.
The coffee you will enjoy in this program is an original blend created to suit the climate, scenery and ingredients of HOSHINOYA Fuji. You will be able to enjoy the coffee blended with attention to the changing seasons.
In a special seat in the forest, you will sit around a bonfire and roast coffee beans with a glamping master. This is a special time to enjoy the aroma and taste of coffee produced by a bonfire made from ingredients gathered in the forest.
We propose tailored coffee experiences for your stay, including brewing comparisons at teatime and cold brew coffee to enjoy with breakfast.
