Wake up to a hearty breakfast you can enjoy from the comfort of your balcony along with the gorgeous morning view. Dutch oven-baked bread, smoked organic sausages, and seasonal fruit are served in a handcrafted wood box.

Enjoy a distinctive culinary experience in our dining area, encircled by Japanese red pines. Our menu features Yamanashi specialties such as hoto noodles and curry, complemented by delicious desserts and light snacks.

Red Wine Sukiyaki Hotpot

Enjoy beef sukiyaki on our cabin terrace where you can feel the outdoors, simmered in our original red wine-based warishita sauce.

Shabu-shabu Hotpot

On your room's terrace, we will prepare shabu-shabu featuring seasonal vegetables and beef, served in a savory mushroom-infused broth.

As bright sunlight fills the main Dining Hall, filtered through the red pines just outside the windows, guests are served piping-hot dishes finish with a grill stand.

In our forest-enclosed kitchen, you can experience everything from rolling out the dough and making the sauce to topping your pizza with seasonal ingredients, and finally baking it in a stone oven. Enjoy a delicious, relaxing time in nature.
