This will affect guest arrivals, departures, and overall access to the hotel on that day. We kindly ask all guests planning to visit us to review the following details.

■ Traffic Restrictions & Bus Service Suspensions
Restricted Hours: Sunday, December 13, 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Scheduled)
・Traffic restrictions on surrounding roads and limited access to the hotel parking lot.
・Suspension of hotel shuttle buses and local public buses during the restriction hours.

■ For Guests Departing (Checking Out) on Sunday, December 13
While our standard checkout time is 12:00 PM, we recommend departing after 3:00 PM to avoid the traffic restrictions. You are welcome to stay and relax inside the hotel after checkout until 3:00 PM.

■ For Guests Arriving (Checking In) on Sunday, December 13
We recommend arriving after 3:00 PM, when traffic restrictions are eased. Please note that even after the road closures are lifted at 3:00 PM, surrounding traffic may remain congested and travel times may take longer than usual. Please allow extra time for your journey.
