Sky-high Morning Kenjutsu Practice
An original training routine combining swordsmanship and deep breathing, 160 meters above the ground on a rooftop with views of Tokyo's skyline.
This program is supervised by the master of "Hokushin Ittoryu" Geki Kenkai, which used to have a dojo in Kanda, Edo. Participants will learn basic swordsmanship movements with deep breathing to engage the body and relieve tension and stress.
Once home to feudal lords, Otemachi is now a high-rise office district. This activity offers unobstructed views of Tokyo Skytree, Tokyo Tower, and landmarks like Shinjuku. Enjoy refreshing morning air and stunning cityscapes while practicing.
