KANUMA Kumiko's Coaster Making Experience

Kanuma Kumiko is said to have been created by woodworkers at Nikko Toshogu Shrine in the Edo period. It is characterized by combining wood without using adhesives. You can experience making coasters of Kanuma Kumiko.
Kanuma Kumiko Light Making Experience

This is an experience of making an original light by combining Kanuma Kumiko, one of Tochigi Prefecture's traditional crafts, and Karasuyama Japanese paper. You attach Karasuyama Japanese paper of your choice to a wooden frame and assemble it.
Incense making experience

This is an experience where you can make your own incense using Karasuyama washi paper, a traditional craft of Tochigi, and incense from Tochigi Senko, another traditional craft made with natural ingredients.

Post-Bath Strawberries

With strawberries consisting of about 90% water and being rich in vitamin C and potassium, they are the ideal fruit for replenishing hydration and nutrients after a hot spring bath. At the post-bath lounge, we offer both fresh strawberries and refreshing strawberry drinks free of charge. Warm your body in the hot springs and hydrate from within with seasonal bounties—a post-bath experience unique to Tochigi, the Strawberry Kingdom.
