At Sobakappo SAI, located at KAI Kusatsu, we offer the Local Flour Juwari Soba Course, featuring 100% buckwheat noodles crafted with local flour and made without binders, paired with three distinct, flavor-rich dipping sauces.

*The "Jigona Kikouchi Soba Kaiseki" is available exclusively for staying guests.

*For guests booking two or more consecutive nights, dinner will feature the Joshu Hoden Kaiseki at KAI Kusatsu on the first night, followed by the Local Flour Juwari Soba Course at Sobakappo SAI on the second night.

For our à la carte dinner, we offer a selection of beverages carefully curated by our sommelier. You can fully indulge in each dish at your own pace, pairing them perfectly with your choice of drinks.

*Guests staying with us who prefer the à la carte menu are kindly requested to book a room-only plan (without dinner). *The à la carte menu is also available for non-staying guests. (Please note that we do not accept reservations.)

We offer a selection of menus featuring our 100% pure, locally-sourced buckwheat soba noodles, including Tempura Soba and Kamo Nanban Soba (warm soba with duck and leeks).
