We offer Daigo nabe, a hot pot dish featuring a rich, strained soup made from simmered seafood. This allows you to savor Hokkaido's distinctive flavors of hairy crab, scallops, botan shrimp, and salmon. The seasonal cuisine is presented as a visually appealing multi-course meal served in tableware inspired by Ainu culture.
