9:00 AM Depart hotel by Mt. Hakkoda shuttle bus

10:10 AM Arrive at Hakkoda Ropeway, meet guide

10:30 AM Tour starts

1:00 PM Tour ends, followed by free time (lunch)

1:50 PM Depart from Hakkoda Ropeway Sanroku Station

3:00 PM Arrive at hotel

[Course B] When ropeway is suspended / Peak season (Feb 4–14)

8:50 AM Meet at Keiryu-BASE counter

9:00 AM Depart hotel by Mt. Hakkoda shuttle bus

10:10 AM Arrive at Hakkoda Ropeway, meet guide

10:30 AM Tour starts, explore surrounding area using ski resort lifts

12:50 PM Tour ends, followed by free time (meal, bath)

1:40 PM Depart from Sukayu Onsen

1:50 PM Depart from Hakkoda Ropeway

3:00 PM Arrive at hotel

Until 6:00 PM the day before

1. Cancellation Policy

・Cancellations made by 6:00 PM the day before: Free of charge

・Cancellations made after 6:00 PM the day before, on the day of the tour, or no-shows: 100% of the tour fee

2. In Case of Hakkoda Ropeway Suspension

As an alternative, we will guide you to "Course B: Rich natural beech forest using the lifts at Hakkoda Kokusai Ski Resort."

・If the ropeway suspension is decided before departure from the hotel: Free cancellation is available on the day of the tour

・If the suspension is decided after departure from the hotel: Non-refundable

3. Other Notes

・In addition to the above requirements, participants must have a shoe size of at least 22.5 cm (US Women's 5.5 / US Men's 4.5 / EU 36).

・For safety reasons, pregnant individuals and those with pre-existing injuries or medical conditions are not eligible to participate.

・You can leave the tour halfway at Hakkoda Ropeway Station. If you wish to do so, please inform the staff at registration.

*Using only the return trip (Mt. Hakkoda → Hotel) is not permitted.

・Frost-covered trees (snow monsters) can usually be seen near the summit from late December to around February.

*If the ropeway is suspended, snow monsters at the summit cannot be viewed.

・While guidance to the snow monster area is possible, please note that the tour duration may be shortened.
