Damaged in the April 2016 earthquake, Kumamoto Castle’s main keep is now fully restored, while stone walls and historical turrets remain under repair. This changing "restoration in progress" can only be witnessed right now, offering a fresh experience even for returning visitors. Join our staff on a guided walk to the castle as we share unique insights into its ongoing recovery.
