The spicy Guam BBQ "PIRIKARA BBQ summer festival" will be held from July 20, 2024 to September 30. This event is the first event in the summer season to enjoy BBQ with the spicy all-purpose condiment "Dinanshe," which is loved by people in Guam. In addition to the grilled BBQ, you can also enjoy the smoked style BBQ. In addition, the Marshmallow Chili Roulette, where only one marshmallow with chili is served per pair, features a new service in which staff encourages guests suffering from spiciness with original songs and musical instruments.

Ube is a purple potato that is harvested in the Micronesian Islands including Guam. The yield is limited and it is difficult to distribute outside the islands. We will offer various menus using Ube.

The Taotaomo’na Halloween will be held for the first time from October 1, 2024 to October 31. The event features a jungle-like space of Banyan trees called “Nunu ” in Chamorro. Children can dress up as Taotaomo’na, the spirit of the Guamese jungle, learn about Guamese culture, chant “Guello yan guella ” a prayer before entering the jungle, receive cookies from the spirit, and decorate.
