▼Notice for Guests Arriving or Departing on Thursday, August 13
On August 13, traffic restrictions will be in effect, and access to and from the hotel will be limited during certain hours. Please note that arrivals and departures outside the designated times will not be possible.
<For Guests Checking Out on August 13>
Guests are required to depart by 1:00 PM. Please also note that hotel facilities will not be available after 1:00 PM.
We kindly ask for your understanding before making a reservation.
<For Guests Checking In on August 13>
Guests are required to arrive by 2:00 PM.
After 2:00 PM, vehicle access to and from the hotel will be restricted due to traffic regulations in the surrounding area.
【Notice】 Regarding Delivery of Messages Leading to Phishing Sites
Please beware of suspicious e-mails pretending to be from Hoshino Resorts. There have been e-mails sent under the subject such as "Urgent Contact," "Important Notice," "Identification Confirmation," etc. We never ask for important information such as credit card numbers, expiration dates, PINs, etc. via e-mail. If you find a suspicious email as above, please delete it without clicking on the URL in the e-mail.
