PUKU PUKU

Dinner

We offer a wide variety of fugu (pufferfish) dishes, such as fried fugu, bouillabaisse, fugu-meshi (fugu rice), and fugu tempura, along with seaweed-wrapped roast beef.

Breakfast

You can fully enjoy dishes and ingredients unique to this region, such as "Kawaraya Soba" (tile soba) arranged from a local Shimonoseki specialty and served with fugu dashi (broth), as well as French toast made with local citrus.

Design

Named "PUKU PUKU" after the image of fugu (pufferfish) and water, this dining space is designed with container ships traversing the Kanmon Strait as its motif. Guests can fully enjoy a variety of local ingredients and specialty dishes for both dinner and breakfast.
